Returns
At Sadou, you can request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Unused and not tailored
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- With proof of purchase

Non-returnable Items

- Used or cut fabrics
We also do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the original product, and once approved, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
